With The Underground now hosting more strength and conditioning sessions, we are happy to announce that THAWdays will be moving across the street to The Engine Room on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and, now, Sundays!
The Engine Room has the perfect set up for THAWdays with our turf lanes, sleds, fan bikes, and more. So if you want to get more conditioning into your plan, make your way to The Engine Room for this expanded THAWdays schedule. All Engine Room sessions (whether strength or THAW) will be headed up by Coach Jeremy, the original "THAW DAWG" Coach Cody, Coach Layla, and Coach Joel. Given these changes in schedule, all Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday strength and conditioning pre-enrolls from the Engine Room will now be moving to The Underground and all THAWday pre-enrolls will be in The Engine Room. This will all happen automatically in your app, so there is no need to take any action. (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday sessions in the Engine Room will not be affected.)
The Garage schedule will remain unchanged, and you can find Coach Eric, Coach Claire, Coach Jules, Coach Caleb, and Coach Stacy there as always ready to get you strong, fit, and capable. As always, you can continue to reach The Garage team at 917-581-3309.
Our Upper East Side location has been booming, so we are expanding our Tuesday and Thursday offerings with more time slots becoming available in the afternoons and evenings. You will find these on your scheduling app as well. As always you can find Coach Ash, Coach Will, Coach Gelo, Coach Aaron, and Coach Becca leading the charge at UES, and you can reach them at 917-581-3839.
